Hardware

JAS “Universal Cloud Module”
You can think of these modules like an industrial version of a Roku for an old TV. They can bring nearly any existing machine or system “online” and into the digital age.
These plug-and-play modules offer Cellular, WiFi, or Ethernet connectivity, and can speak a variety of common communication protocols. They are the ideal choice if your machine is already collecting the data you need, and you just want to be able to access it remotely – for monitoring, remote control, or alerts.

If you’re starting from scratch and don’t yet have the sensors needed to capture the right data, we can help.
We work with a variety of third-party sensors, and can help you choose the right ones for your environment, then integrate them with our monitoring software. This is ideal if you’re looking to monitor basic conditions like temperature, pressure, flow rates, vibration, relay states, power consumption, or many more.

Although remote monitoring can be complex, we’ve designed our pricing model to be as simple as possible, just like the rest of our solution.
Our pricing structure is divided into two components:
Hardware + Config
Typical range: $300 – $750
One-time cost
This one-time cost includes all hardware and (if applicable) any custom configuration needed to adapt our solution to fit your needs. An example of custom configuration would be adding a unique dashboard feature such as remote control for your specific machine’s setpoints.
The Universal Cloud Module ranges from $400 – $600. Third party hardware is typically sold at cost.
Annual Subscription
$179 – $479 per unit*
*Volume discounts at 10, 25, 50+
This subscription bundles ALL ongoing costs of the monitoring service into one annual price. The subscription includes software licensing, cloud servers, cellular data usage (if applicable) & our 24-hours-or-less guaranteed customer support.
In this context, each “unit” refers to one cloud-connected device, which is providing data to the monitoring software. The price will vary depending on how much data is being tracked, and the type of connectivity (ex: cellular is more expensive). Some devices may be priced higher, such as a single gateway device monitoring several complex machines at once.
** We also offer subscription discounts at volume and for resellers.
