24/7 Data Monitoring
Your sensors & systems will be generating data 24/7, and this will paint a detailed picture of how your assets are performing over time. With continuous monitoring, you can easily spot trends, identify patterns & understand what “normal” looks like in your day-to-day operations. This makes it much easier to catch irregularities & unexpected conditions early – helping you avoid serious issues that can lead to downtime, delays, or even safety risks.


Whether you’re logging data every 10 seconds, or every 2 hours, the software will adapt to fit your needs. Over time, it builds up a detailed historical record that’s always available when you need it. Want to see how a machine was performing last month? No problem. Need to download the data in CSV format for external analysis or reports? It’s just a few clicks away. Historical data gives you the context to uncover long-term insights and use them to make more informed decisions in future planning.
Real-Time Alerts
The real-time alerting system will keep your entire team in the loop the moment something goes off track. Whether it’s from a rapid spike in pressure, or an error code generated by a PLC, our alerts can notify you via text, call, or email. Each alert can also be configured to notify multiple contacts at once, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.


Alerts can be triggered immediately when a condition is detected, or only if that condition is present for an extended period of time. This gives you the flexibility to filter out noise, while also staying informed of other unusual conditions, such as a defective sensor, or a system being “offline” due to a network outage.

Remote Control
Our monitoring platform doesn’t just give you information, it also gives you the ability to take action. You can remotely turn machine settings on/off or adjust operating setpoints, from anywhere – whether you’re in the field, at the office, or off-site entirely. This means faster response times, fewer on-site visits, & more flexibility in how you manage your operations.

Each remote action can have real-world consequences, so it’s important to have full visibility & control over who can perform a particular action, and when. Our platform has built-in safeguards to restrict sensitive actions based on the user’s account permissions, or by the time of the request. Additionally, each action is logged with the user who performed it, and you can even setup alerts to be notified any time a specific action is taken. This ensures your team can always take the critical actions needed, while avoiding unauthorized changes & maintaining individual accountability.

Multi-User Access
Our platform was built for teams – not just individuals. With multi-user access, everyone from field technicians to operations managers can log in, view data, and take action based on their role. Whether you’re monitoring equipment diagnostics, responding to alerts, or changing setpoints, having the right people connected in one place keeps your entire operation aligned and efficient.

Collaboration shouldn’t be complicated, or expensive. Anyone on your team can join the platform via a secure link, and there is no extra cost for adding more users. End-To-End Security
Security is built into every layer of our platform. Each user can optionally use MFA (Multi-Factor-Authentication), to protect their account beyond just a strong password. Additionally, all data is encrypted both in-transit & at rest, ensuring your sensitive data remains secure at every step, from an analog sensor reading in the field all the way to long-term storage in the cloud.


Access to remote sensors & machines is structured through what we call “organizations”. An “organization” is just a logical group of users & remote assets, that are designed to mirror how your operations are structured in the real world. You can use separate organizations for different sites, clients, or service teams – giving each team secure & focused access to only what’s relevant to them, without exposing unrelated data or systems.
