Integrating off-the-shelf IoT sensors can be challenging, but the JAS Platform simplifies the process. Our deep experience delivers a reliable, fully integrated solution with minimal effort on your part.
These sensors typically require a local gateway, which makes the setup and installation process a breeze and even lowers recurring costs.
JAS Cloud Module

For more advanced retrofit options, JAS will provide a small module to collect data via any common protocol: Modbus RS-485, BACnet MS/TP, CAN, 4-20mA, etc.
Cellular, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet options are available for both North America & abroad.
Or, Software API

If your product already has internet connectivity, such as an IoT-capable PLC, then no additional hardware is required.
We will provide you with an API endpoint to send your data to via any common protocol, such as HTTP or MQTT.
Step 2 - Seamless Integration
Our team configures your JAS Platform and connects it with your chosen hardware, incorporating a local gateway when needed for streamlined data flow. This process ensures everything works together smoothly, from initial setup to real-time monitoring, and is typically ready for your customers in 4-8 weeks after project kickoff.

Initial Discussion
The first step in working with us is to schedule an initial discussion. This is for us to better understand your goals and determine if we are a good fit for your project. You can do this is by contacting us via our website.
Proposal Submission
Once we have learned enough about your project, we'll promptly prepare and submit a detailed proposal to you, outlining our intended scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and an exact price quotation.
Implementation
Once the proposal is accepted and the setup fee is paid, we’ll begin configuring your platform and integrating the hardware seamlessly. Your monitoring system will typically be ready for initial customer onboarding within 4-8 weeks of project kickoff.

What to expect
While discussions are required to provide you with a project proposal, including an exact quote, the following numbers should provide a realistic estimate range:
One-Time Setup Fee
$2,000 – $5,500
Varies depending on the solution complexity
The setup fee covers the labor and expertise to integrate the hardware with our monitoring platform and configure the portal to meet your and your customers’ needs.
Optional add-ons, such as white-labeling, automated subscription billing, and machine learning features, are available for customer-specific enhancements.
Hardware
At Cost
Sensor hardware is sold at cost. In the interest of being transparent and best serving our customers, we are not interested in marking up the hardware price. Whatever the sensors cost, will be exactly what you’re charged.
Subscription
$100 – $275 per device*
*Volume discounts at 100, 250, 500+
**If you intend to use the JAS Platform automated subscription billing, you won’t be paying these fees directly.
